Edge Research was an early pioneer in online research. We have been doing surveys online since our founding in 1997, and most of the surveys we do are conducted online.
We use in-house web survey programmers in order to maintain total control over the process from a quality-control standpoint. We are able to create and execute complex web surveys easily and efficiently.
Survey respondents typically come from one of the three high-quality online panels with which we have relationships, or from opt-in client proprietary sources such as customer or employee lists.
