Augie is one of the newest team members at Edge, having joined the team in the spring of 2018. His analytical and technical abilities, developed through strong coursework in statistics and computer science, support Edge’s quantitative efforts. He primarily works as a member of the programming team. In this capacity, he develops surveys that are user-friendly and visually-engaging, as well as processes the resulting data to ensure efficient and accurate analysis.
Before joining Edge, Augie collaborated with Marketing researchers at Johns Hopkins’ Carey Business School on projects concerning decision-making and consumer behavior. Additionally, he brings experience from the healthcare field, including his work in healthcare outcomes research and analysis of medical imaging techniques. These efforts resulted in the development of more effective patient treatment plans.
Augie received a B.A. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. He now resides in Arlington, Virginia.
