Joi serves as Edge Research’s Vice President of Field Operations. She has extensive experience in Field project management, marketing, and analysis.
Joi joined the Edge team in 2011 to continue best practices and standardize operations for Edge’s Field Department. Joi oversees data collection and quality control for all quantitative and qualitative projects, ensuring that data are collected accurately and with methodological rigor. She also manages relationships with Edge’s research vendors and partners and continually explores new ways to collect data efficiently and cost-effectively. In addition, she supports research functions such as questionnaire design and data analysis. She also serves as the Edge Research Data Security and Privacy Officer.
Joi graduated from Howard University in 2007 with a B.A. in International Business and Marketing. She has worked for Cargill, Incorporated as a Policy Analyst and the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine as Manager of Membership Services. Her professional affiliations include membership in the Marketing Research Association. She is also dedicated to enriching her community through active involvement with multiple organizations throughout the Washington, DC area. She lives in Arlington, Virginia
